"You know how when you find THE best anything, you will follow them to the ends of the earth? Well, Kim is that person for my fitness needs! Kim is THE best Pilates instructor I have ever had. Even after training with her for over 6 years, I consistently leave her studio sweating and sore from a great workout. She's passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals whether it is weight loss or just becoming more toned and fit. She also has such a positive attitude that is so infectious that you can't help but leave feeling invigorated and happy. 

She works with you to achieve your goals and is so knowledgeable in injury rehabilitation. She's helped me with my runner's knee and strengthen my shoulder to prevent dislocation.  I guarantee you that after one training session with Kim, you will be hooked and look forward to your training sessions with her.

The results I have achieved are phenomenal. I would have never been able to achieve these type of results on my own. I have lost over 3 inches and at least 5 pounds in the last 3 months thanks to Kim. For the first time in a while, I am comfortable in my own skin. I cannot recommend Kim enough."

"I have had many trainers in my lifetime and wanted to try something new after a car accident that limited my abilities to have a full gym training. When I met Kim I was greeted with a warm smile and immediately got to working on the reformer. I have never met a trainer with so much body awareness. She listens to you and what your body is feeling, but gently pushes you in such a positive way to keep going. I have never enjoyed a workout so much and felt so sore in muscles I didn't even know existed!

She always encourages me to keep going and I'm so impressed with how much core strength and flexibility I have gained with her training...not to mention the feeling of a tight booty! “Kim's infectious energy and enthusiasm as she teaches her advanced Pilates classes make her a fabulous Pilates instructor that keeps me coming back for more! I might occasionally whine about it during class, but those criss-crosses, jumps, and yes, planks, helped me trim down and drop a size without changing anything else in my routine. She is very attentive to my correct posture and execution of different moves and is not shy to physically guide me into completing my workouts correctly.

Moreover, if you tell her you have an injury or that something is sore, she teaches you how to modify each move so that you do not hurt yourself. She even went out of her way to give me tips on how to be a better athlete, such as how to train and survive my first half marathon. Kim is simply inspiring and has helped me to become stronger and more comfortable in my body."
